Fidget is the character of the family!  She has a very wild streak where she will charge around trying to kill any soft toy or bed which crosses her path, but she can also be very calm and affectionate enjoying playing gently with her best friend Fudge the cat or curling up on the floor for a cuddle.

Unlike our other dogs Fidget is rather selective about what activities she does. Whilst initially being trained for obedience Fidget decided that whilst it is fun when she can see a proper reward (food or her ball) there is no point doing anything if there isn't anything for her to gain. This has led to the obedience being dropped and as for the agility we just haven't got round to starting her off. Fidget spent a bit of time being trained in an area totally new for our dogs, that being working towards becoming a demonstration dog for Hearing Dogs for Deaf People. This meant that she was trained to work to all the sounds a proper Hearing dog would do with the aim of then attening various events to show the work of Hearing Dogs. Fidget however prefers the more laid back lifestyle of Shropshire, and so now spends her time lounging around in the garden or on the sofa! 

Fidget is lightly shown, however the light has become even lighter whilst she is taking some time to grow up and then maternal duties. We look forward to showing her again in the future. 

Fidget has a fantastic (if not naughty!) outlook on life and very much lives up to her name, life just would not be the same without her!
